We do not use any special software or cookie tracking to extract your email address or any other information about you. Only when you give it to us do we have your contact information. Logging in and starting a shopping account with us is the only means of collecting contact information from our customers, and this happens only if you want to place an order. Information collected may include your name, address, city and state, phone number, and email address. We do add this information in our own mailing list, which is used solely in case we need to contact you regarding your order or about delivery arrangements. We do not sell, release, or make available our mailing list, email list, phone list, or any other list we may have to any outside company, person, or entity. PERIOD.

When you place an order with us, you input your credit card number to pay for your order. Credit card information is kept on the web server only until your order is processed, and then it is purged. Our server is secure and all ordering information is encrypted for your--and our--safety. It is our company policy to NOT retain any credit card information after an order is processed and shipped. Additionally, Visa U.S.A. Inc. Operating Regulations prohibit us from keeping or storing your credit card number after the order is processed.
